• The rates are in Thai Baht and are inclusive of 10% service charge and government tax. These are net prices.

• Cancellation & No Show Charges:
  Cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 14 days prior to arrival date, Otherwise we reserve a right to charge as follows :
  1. Low Season - 1 night charge (Now - 31 Oct 10, 1 Apr 11 - 31 Oct 11)
  2. High Season - 2 night charge (1 Nov 10 - 24 Dec 10 & 7 Jan 11 - 31 Mar 11)
  3. Peak Season - full amount charge (25 Dec 10 - 6 Jan 11)
  - In case of No Show, Shorten Stays / Early Check - Outs at The Hotel, the full amount of the total cost of stay will be applied.
  - If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
  - For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
