Child Policy: - Child under 12 years
old that sharing with parents room and used existing
bed. Only ABF will be charged 50% of adult's rate/Infant
up to 4 Years old is F.O.C
Period of occupancy : - Rooms will normally be
available for occupancy after 2 p.m. on the day of
arrival. Check out time is 12.00 noon. Room used between
12.00 noon and 6.00 p.m. will charge at 50% of contract
rate Room used beyond 6.00 p.m. will be charge at the
full contract rate. In addition rooms for day-use up to
space available.
Full prepayment prior to arrival date. Visa/master card
is accepted plus 3.5% service charge.
Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no
booking is confirmed.
Cancellation & No
Show Charges:
1. Cancellation must be made in written notice or email
to us with our acknowledgement before specified date of
each season :
* Peak Season : 40 days prior to the arrival date,
Subject to 100% for late Cancellation Fee.
* High Season : 15 days prior to the arrival date,
Subject to 30% for late Cancellation Fee.
* Green Season : 10 days prior to the arrival date,
Subject to 10% for late Cancellation Fee.
2. If you wish to cancel your booking before the
cancellation due date specified in the confirmation
email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
3. For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee
charged is non-refundable in all cases.
No show: total payment will be charged.
