	check- in 14.00 at noon and check - out 12.00o'clock after 12.00-18.00 o'clock 50% room rate and after 18.00 o'clock charge one night room.
	Peak Season Surcharge: 500 Bht per room per night. - Christmas and international New Year Eve Period (Between 26 Dec 06 - 10 Jan 07. - Songkran Period (Between 13-16 Apr 07.
	- Baby cot is 100 Bht per night. - Extra person and extra bed is 200 Bht and 300 Bht per night
	Extra bed 150 Bht + ABF, child 12 years or older and subject to room availability.
	Child below 12 years of age, accompanied bu their parents, enjoy complimentary stay (no extra bed) in the room, with a maximum of two children per room or 2 adults and 2 children, a total of 4 persons.
	Check-in Time : After 14.00 PM (Upon Room Available)
	Check-Out Time : 12.00 Noon any extension after 12.00 noon will be levied at 50% of regular rate Extensdion Till 06.00 PM will be charged at a full day rate.

Cancellation & No Show Charges:

	Cancellation must be made before 30 days prior to arrival date, otherwise the first night rate of the period will be charged.
	In case of no show, the first night rate of the period will be charged.

Reservation Policy:

Full prepayment prior to arrival date within 10 days for low season, 17 days for high season and 25 days for peak season.

Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% bank charge.
