  • Rates are in Thai Baht, inclusive of ABF, Tax and service charge.

  • The above rates are applied for Russian & CIS market or Thai Residents.

  • For period 13 -16 Apr 12 there will be a surcharge for Thai Resident & Expatriates at 500 baht / day.

    - Period 1 Mar 12 - 31 Mar 12 :  Stay 7 = 6, 13 = 11, 14 = 12, 20 = 17, 21 = 18 Maximum 3 free nights/stay

    - Period 1 Apr 12 - 31 Oct 12 :  Stay 7 = 6, 14 = 12, 20 = 17, or 21 = 18
    Out free night ABF is included

  •  Child policy:
     - Children under 2 years old, sharing existing bed with parents is FOC.
     - Children between 2 -11 years old, compulsory an extra bed tare shown. (Breakfast included) maximum 1 child per room.

  •  Check in time is 14.00 hrs (2pm)

  •  Check out time is 12.00 hrs

    Rooms used between 12 noon and 6 pm will be charged at 50% of the contract rate. Rooms used beyond 6 pm will be charged at the full contract rate.

  • Cancellation Policy:
    Any cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date, cancellation after that lead to one-night room rate charged.

  • - No Show Full Charge

  • - Master and VISA Card charged additional 3.5%
