Remarks :
- All above rates are Inclusive of service charge 10%, VAT 7%, and ABF. But not ABF for an extra bed.
Meal Rate :
American Breakfast     150   baht

- Surcharge Peak Season (to be informed of the period duration): 200 Baht/room/night;
-Compulsory Gala Dinner: New Year Eve (31 Dec):
  to be informed of rate.
- Family Plan : No charge for children under 12 years old occupying in the same room as parents (without extra bed) for children under 12 years  ABF will be charge 50% of total value.
Occupancy Policy:
- Check-in time   14.00 hours
- Check-out time 12.00 hours
- Full prepayment prior to arrival date. Visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge.
- Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
Cancellation and No Show Policy
- All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 31 days prior to arrival date.  Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room up to total payment.
No show: total payment will be charged.
If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
