Rooms occupied beyond 6.00 p.m. on the day of departure will be charged at 50% of room. room occupied beyond 6.00 p.m. will be charged 1 night.
Promotion: Valid from 1 May 08 - 31 Oct 08, available exclusively for 1 May - 31 Oct 08.
- Standard room 1,400 Bht/room/night with complimentary breakfast.
- Deluxe room 2,000 Bht/room/night with complimentary breakfast.
- Suppliment surcharge 500 Bht/room/night for guarantee seaview (standard seaview/deluxe seaview).
- Deluxe Grand Supplement surcharge 1,000 Bht/room/night.
Cancellation & No Show Charges:
- Any cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 60 days for Peak seasons, 45 days for High season, 30 days for low season.
- Failure to do so, we reserve a right to charge one-night room rate charge.

Payment Policy:

Full prepayment within 20 days prior to arrival date. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
