• Child Policy
  - No room charge for child between 5 to 11 years old sharing room and bed with parent.
  - No room charge for child under 4 years old sharing room and bed with parent. ABF on free of charge.
  - Extra bed for child will be charged at 650 Baht including ABF.
• Meal rates are in Thai Baht and are inclusive of 10% service charge and applicable government tax . Meals based on Table D'Hote unless otherwise stated. Meal rates exclude soft drinks, beer and alcoholic beverages.
• Check - out time :
  - Confirmed rooms will usually be available for occupancy after 2.00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check out time is 12.00 noon.
  - Rooms used from 12.00 noon to 6.00 p.m. on the day of departure will be charged at 50% of the rate. Rooms occupied beyond 6.00 p.m. will be charged at the full rate. unless agreed otherwise by the Hotel.
• Full prepayment prior to arrival date. Visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
• Cancellation and No Show Policy
  1. Cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement before specified date of each season :
  * Peak Season : 28 days prior to the arrival date, Subject to 100% for late Cancellation Fee.
  * Nolmal Season : 18 days prior to the arrival date, Subject to 30% for late Cancellation Fee.
  2. If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
  3. For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
  No show: total payment will be charged.
