• Benefits and Privileges :

• Free breakfast Checked in guests only

• Breakfast time is served at 7.30 am.- 10.30 am.

• Normal ABF 170 Baht/person

• Check-in/ Check-out Times

• Our check-in time is 1 pm (14.00 hrs) and our Check-out time is Noon (12.00 hrs)
  late check-out Charge is 70% after 18.00 , late check-out charge is 100%

• Early checkout : will be charged one more night.

• Cancellation & No Show Charges:
  - Any cancellation must be made in written notice with our acknowledgement within 40 days prior to arrival date.
  - Failure to notify so, we reserve a right to charge 50% of the total payment, and at least one-night room rate.

• Payment Policy : Full prepayment within 30 days prior to arrival date. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
