• All the above rates are in Thai Baht, including 10% Service Charge plus government tax.

• Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

• Rate are inclusive of The American Breakfast (Boutique Wing Only).

• Normal ABF 170 Baht/person

• Benefits and privileges:
  - Complimentary welcome drink upon arrival.
  - Free Wi-Fi Wireless internet connection.

• Check - out time : 12.00 noon any extension will be added 50% of rate and valid till 06.00 p.m., after that will be charged at a full days rate.

• Early checkout : will be charged one more night.

• Cancellation & No Show Charges:
  - Any cancellation must be made in written notice with our acknowledgement within 15 days prior to arrival date.
  - Failure to notify so, we reserve a right to charge 50% of the total payment, and at least one-night room rate.

• Payment Policy : Full prepayment within 15 days prior to arrival date. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
