Cancellation and No Show Policy
:
1. Cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement before specified date of each season :
* Peak Season : 37 days prior to the arrival date, Subject to 2 Nigh Charged for late Cancellation Fee.
* High Season : 19 days prior to the arrival date, Subject to 1 Nigh Charged for late Cancellation Fee.
* Low Season : 10 days prior to the arrival date, Subject to 1 Nigh Charged for late Cancellation Fee.
2. If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
3. For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
No show: total payment will be charged.
