Re: Phase 2 Construction
As you are aware, Koh Chang Tropicana Resort & Spa has started its
Phase 2 construction since July 2007.
We are now pleased to inform you that major construction works
have completed as Scheduled. However, there are minor delays in
some areas, such as, interior work, decking of swimming pool and
landscaping. All is expected to be completed by 15 October 2008.
Re: Upgrading of Sea Breeze Restaurant Phase 1
Our Restaurant is under renovation in order to better serve
our value clients in the coming season, as a result, it may
create some inconveniences to guests these days which we
will handle with full responsibilities as follows;
1) Clients will be informed upon arrival of the disturbance period
of the day.
2) A free tour on the island will be offered to guests to get away
from the disturbance hours.
3) If guests are unhappy, we will make utmost compensation to
satisfy you, staring from free drinks, free meals, free massage,
transferring them to a nearby hotels such as BARALI or AMARI KOH
CHANG.
In conclusion, all construction works are expected to be completed by 15
October or the latest 31 October 2008.
We do appreciate your kind understanding of the situation and thank you
