Spacious and contemporary, resort
accommodations are all suites comprising one bedroom, private bathroom,
and a separate living room.
All 44 suites offer 62 sq. meters of indoor and outdoor vacation living
space and are located in either resort style 2 storey buildings or
within individual villas.
Each suite offers individual air-conditioning to the master bedroom,
ceiling fans, flat screen colour TV with satellite channels and in-house
movies, personal DVD player, refrigerator, mini-bar, tea and coffee
making facilities, in-room safe, and hairdryer.
An added feature of the villa suites is an individual jacuzzi spas
located either ocean front or within the interior for a more natural and
private setting.
Each suite offers either one over-sized king bed or two double beds
which are ideal for families. The living room space is suitable for an
extra bed for our larger parties.

Term and Condition
All rate quoted are nett, inclusive of 7% tax, 10% service
charge and American breakfast based on per room per night basis.
Gala Dinner:
- Adult: 4,000 Baht
- Child: 2,000 Baht
- Maximum 2 children under 12 years old, eat dinner free when
adults pay half board offer
Free room stay is given to children
(maximum 2 per room, unless otherwise stated) under 12 years old
sharing the same room and bedding with their parents. Additional
charge of Breakfast will be imposed as per contract meal rates.
Check-In
time
is 14.00 noon and
overnight rate will be charged to guarantee check-in before 14.00
noon Check-Out
time is 12.00 noon on the day of departure. Late
check out is subjected to availability and will be charged at 50% of
contracted room rate if check-out prior to 6 pm. and full overnight
rate if after 6 pm.

50% deposit within 20 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellation
Policy:
cancellation is made within 45 days prior to arrival date,
cancellation after that is non refundable.
