• Child Policy: child aged under 4 sharing room with parents: no charge. 4 years, meal rate is complementary but 5-12 years is 50% discount on meal rate.

  Hotel will provide the honeymoon benefit to the couple who reserve booking of 5 nights minimum stay for deluxe room as follow:

• Transportation Rate: The hotel provides private van from/to Trat Airport at Baht 1,700 per car per way maximum 7 pax and 1,000 Bht per person for boat transfer.
• Credit card (Visa/Master) is acceptable, 3.5-4% service charge.
• Payment: Reservation is one or two-night deposit is required and non-refundable.  We reserves the right to release all rooms, not guaranteed by required deposits.
• Cancellation Policy:
  40 days prior to arrival date for Peak Season
  21 days prior to arrival date for High  Season  
  14 days prior to arrival date for Green Season. late cancellation otherwise 1-night room rate will be charged.
