เสม็ดคาบาน่า เป็นรีสอร์ทเปิดใหม่ปลายปี 2550 อยู่ปลายหาดดวงเดือน มีบังกะโลติดชายหาด เป็นแถว แถวแรก beachfront, seaview, standard ตามลำดับ มีห้องใหญ่เป็นห้อง Family สำหรับผู้ใหญ่ 2 คน และเด็ก 2 คน

Samed Cabana is a newly open resort, located by the beach at Vong Duern or Ao Wong Duen.  We are in the northernmost resort of Vongduern Bay.

Due to our prime location, rooms are over-booked from time to time.  If you need to book a room, please do it in advance at least 2 months.

 

 

Our restaurant is also located by the beach.

 

Beachfront Bungalow

Sun-bath beds are available for any guests.

We have 16 beachfront rooms, 14 seaview rooms, 6 superior rooms, and 2 family suits.  Dining here at our infinite sea view restaurant is one of the great pleasures for your visit.

Remark:

 

bullet All the above rates are in Thai Baht, excluded 7% VAT.
bullet Extra Bed 650 Bht/person/night.
bullet Gala Dinner on December 31: Baht 1,800 for adult, Baht 1,200 for 6-12 years old
bullet Instead of 650 Baht /night for an informed extra person, the resort will charge 1,000 Baht per uninformed extra person  per night if found at the property.
bullet Weekend: Friday, Saturday
bullet Cooking and pet are not allowed.
bullet Child and Extra Person Policy:
-Child between 0-5 years old is free when sharing room with parents(no extra bed), and breakfast if not requested. Breakfast  will be charged at 150 Baht for an American Breakfast and 100 Baht for a Continental Breakfast
-Child or Extra Person over 5 years old is charged at 650 Baht/night for an extra bed (day Bed) including breakfast
-The maximum of one child is allowed
bullet Check-in time is 2 PM, and Check-out time is Noon
bullet There will be a late check-out charge of 300 Baht/hour. If guests request to stay more than 6 hours late, the extra night charge will be applied
bullet Full Prepayment before arrival.
bullet Visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5% bank charge.


Cancellation & No Show Charges:
bullet Cancellation/amendment must be made before 35 days prior to arrival date for high and peak seasons;
before 25 days for other season.  Any late cancellation, total payment will be charged.
bullet In case of no show, total payment will be charged.
bullet Early check-out is non-refundable.

Payment Policy:

bullet Full prepayment within 15 days prior to arrival date.  Visa/master Card is accepted plus 10% service charge (already inclusive of 7% VAT). Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
