• Child Policy when sharing room with parents
  - Child under 12 years old, free of charge (no extra bed) maximum 1 child is allowed.
  - Child under 4 years old, breakfast is free of charge, child 4-12 years old, breakfast is a compulsory 50% of applicable full rate.

• Child Policy:
  - free of charge for 1 child/room (aged under 12 sharing the same room with parents)
  - Child aged 4-12, there is 50% meal charge of adult price
  - Child aged under 4 for meal: free of charge.
  - Incase of family with 2 adults & 2 children (aged under 12), at least 1 extra bed is compulsory.

• One Way transfer 6 seats by Van:
  - From or to Suvarnabhumi Airport or City of Bangkok:     4,500 Baht (Traveling time: 2 hrs. approx)
  - From or to Pattaya City, Chonburi:                               3,000 Baht (Traveling time: 1½ hrs. approx)
  - Form or to U - Tapao Airport:                                      2,500 Baht (Traveling time: 45 minute. approx)

• Shuttle Boat (Free of Charge) Schedule:
  - From Ban Phe to Koh Samet: 11:00, 13:00 and 16:00 hrs.
  - From Koh Samet to Ban Phe: 10:00, 12:30 15:00 and 17:00 hrs.

• Speed boat transfer: Charge at 2,000 Baht/ one way (Max 6 persons) if required.
  (Between Seree Ban Phe Pier to Le Vimarn Cottage & Spa of Ao Prao Resort or Sai Kaew Beach Resort or Samed Club)

• Payment Policy:
  - Full Prepayment within 27 days before arrival date. Or 50% deposit may be requested during Peak Season, Long weekend, and festival holidays.
  - Accept with no charge for Visa/master Card.

• Deposit Policy:
  - Weekend and High season - 1 night non-refundable deposit in 27 days prior to arrival date.

• Reservation Policy:
  - Room will be held until 16:00 hrs on the day of arrival unless guaranteed
  - If arrival is after 16:00 hrs at least, one of the following guaranteed in required.
  - one night deposit by cash, cheque or major credit card.

• No Show and Cancellation Policy:
  - Any cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us within 30 days prior to arrival date.
  - No show or late cancellation is subject to 1 night non-refundable deposit or 50% of voucher, or whichever is higher..
  - In order to avoid "no show" billing, cancellation should be made in 30 days
  ( Working day 9 am - 5 pm) before arrival date.
