Child Policy
:

Children less than 5 years are welcome to share the
room with their parents on a complimentary basis
with Daily breakfast provided free of charge.
- Child between the ages of 5-12 is welcome to share
a room with their parents without using the Extra
Bed which will charge ABF at 100 Baht per child.
Maximum one child allowed.
Confirmed rooms will usually be available to
occupy after 14.00 pm. on the day of arrival
.
Check-out time is 12.00 noon. Rooms used from 12.00
noon to 18.00 pm. on the day of departure will be
charged at 50% of the contract rate (subjected to
availability)
- Room occupied beyond 18.00 pm. will be charged at
the charged at the full contracted rate, unless
specifically specified otherwise in writing by the
Hotel.
- Once check-in formalities have been completed.
guests will be charged accommodation for the full
duration of the reserved stay. even if they choose
to deposit early.
Full prepayment prior to arrival date. Visa/master
card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without
credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is
confirmed.
We reserved the right to change these prices,
product details, all terms and conditions at anytime
without prior notice.
Cancellation & No Show
Charges:
- All cancellation or amendment must be made in
written notice or email to us with our
acknowledgement within 31 days prior to arrival
date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge up to
total payment.
No show: total payment will be charged.
If you wish to cancel your booking before the
cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee
at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB,
we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee
of payment through credit card is non-refundable in
all cases.
No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure
to arrive).
