Our serviced apartment has
five-storeyed and 87 rooms with all the convenient utilities such as
elevator, outdoor swimming pool, restaurant, convenience store, laundry
service, parking lot, and garden etc.
Each room is fully furnished with bed, TV, air condition, refrigerator,
closet, table and chairs, hot-cold water supply, safety box, Cable-TV and
telephone etc. High-speed internet access is also available. A standard room
size is about 32 square meters which is 20% larger than the normal apartment
in this area. For safety and security, each room is equipped with safety
switch and plug, a 24-hour security camera on every floor, and with a
key-card access from the ground floor entrance.
Conveniently located about 150 meters or 2-3 minutes to Wong Amat Beach
Pattaya and 5 minutes to Patttaya Beach, or only about 2-3 minutes ride,
close to Big-C and Lotus Superstores. Surrounding within a quiet
environment., a truly suitable place to live or to relax for a vacation and
holiday. |
