- Room rates are in THAI Baht and inclusive of Vat and breakfast
- Surcharge: 800 Bht/night/room for 22 Dec 0 - 6 Jan 08, 7 - 10 Feb 08, 12-14 Apr 08.
- Compulsory Gala Dinner: 31 Dec 07: 2,000 Bht/adult and 1,000 Bht/child below 8 years.
- No additional charge for Children below 8 years sharing the same bed with parents , with out extra bed maximum 2 adults and 1 child per room / Children 3-8 years discount 50% on meal rate.
- Payment policy: full prepayment within 20 days prior to arrival date for Nov - Apr and 10 days prior to arrival for other periods.
- Payment by credit card (visa/master card) plus 3.5% bank charge.
- Cancellation/amendment/no show Policies:
- must inform us within 30 days for peak season & festival, 15 days for high season and 10 days for low season.
Otherwise, we reserve right to charge at least one-night room rate.
