Cancellation and No Show Policy:
- Cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 20 days prior to arrival date. No Show will be 100% charged without refund.
- Cancellation is done within 5 days prior to arrival date, 20% of total payment will be charged.
