Terms & Conditions:

• Above rates are include 10 % service charge and 7 % VAT (inclusive breakfast).

• All above rate are applied for SGL/ TWIN only.

• Baht 800 - for extra person include breakfast for high and peak season, low season, low season Baht 600- for extra person with breakfast included.

  - New Year Eve Demcember 31, 2010 @4,000 -  Nett per person at garden sea view resort. Child 50% disc.

• Check- in 14.00 at noon and check - out 12.00o'clock after 12.00-18.00 o'clock 50% room rate and after 18.00 o'clock charge one night room.

• Family Plan
  - A child under 12 years, occupying in the same room with parents extra bed F.O.C. and ABF be compulsory charged at 100 Baht / per child or 2 childs equal 1 adult. Lunch and Dinner Charged 50% disc.

• Thai Citizens
  - The following rates will be valid from 1 Nov 09 till 31 Oct 11 : Single/Twin (R.O.H.) 1,000 Baht room only per room per night (ABF additional 150 baht /person)

• All rates are subject to change without notice.

• Cancellation and No Show Policy
  Cancellation & No Show Charges:
  1. Cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement before specified date of each season :
  
  * Peak Season : 30 days prior to the arrival date, Subject to 100% for late Cancellation Fee.
  * High Season : 20 days prior to the arrival date, Subject to 30% for late Cancellation Fee.
  * Low Season : 15 days prior to the arrival date, Subject to 10% for late Cancellation Fee.
  2. If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
  3. For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
  No show: total payment will be charged.
