• Peak Season and Compulsory Gala Dinner
  - Christmas Eve 24 Dec 11: 3,000 Baht per person, Children 50%
  - New Year Eve 31 Dec 11: 7,000 Baht per person, Children 50%
  Surcharge
  - Chinese New Year  23-29 Jan 12 :1,000 Baht per room, night.
  - Songkran Festival   12-14 Apr 12 : 1,000 Baht per room night.

• Family Plan:
  - Children for 2 -12 years of age occupying in the same room with parent (s) Extra Bed F.O.C. and Breakfast will be compulsory charged @ 200 Baht per child or 2 child equal 1 adult. Lunch and dinner charged 50% disc.

• Thai Citizens
  - The following rates will be valid from 1 Nov 10 - 31 Oct 12 : Single/Twin(Superior) @ 2,850 Including ABF.
                                                                     : Single/Duble(Deluxe) @ 3,400 Including ABF.
  Surcharge : For Peak Season@ 2,200 Baht per Room Night

• Check- in 14.00 at noon and check - out 12.00 o'clock after 12.00-18.00 o'clock 50% room rate and after 18.00 o'clock charge one night room.

• Full prepayment prior to arrival date. Visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.

• Cancellation and No Show Policy
  Cancellation & No Show Charges:
  - All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 31 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge up to total payment.
  * Peak Season : Full charge.
  * High Season : 2 Nights charge.
  * Low Season : 1 Night charge.
  
  No show: total payment will be charged.
  
  If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
  
  For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
  
  No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
