Deluxe rooms
are situated in the Main building as well as the Bay-Wing and
providing all sorts of various facilities just like the Standard
rooms. With an interior that consists of twin or double beds as per
the guest's requirement, a bigger balcony and room area as compared
to the Standard rooms, along with wooden floor. The rooms are
specially designed for providing full Sea view or Bay-view and also
connecting doors for joint families. A sum of 65 such rooms in the
Main Building and 84 of the same kind in the Bay-Wing giving the
total of 149 Deluxe Sea View rooms altogether.
Chalets Size : 5 x 8 m Interiors : 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom and 1 Veranda Description : The
Chalets
are situated in the lush and shrubbery filled beautiful gardens that
surround the buildings and provide all sorts of various facilities
just like those which are available in the Standard rooms. Designed
as wooden Bungalows with an interior that consists of twin or double
beds as per the guest's requirement, a veranda stretching out of the
entrance by giving enough room to sit and relax in the surrounding
natural environment. Providing large bathrooms and special
connecting doors for joint families. The rooms are available with
three types of different views, the garden view, a distant sea view
and the view of the Jacuzzi area. There are a total of 64 Chalets
available.
Mini Suites Size : 6
x 8 m Interiors : 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and 1 balcony Description : The
Mini Suites
are situated in the Main building as well as the Bay-Wing and
providing all sorts of various facilities just like the other types
of rooms. A nice and big bedroom and a bigger bathroom than the
Standard and Deluxe category rooms, with an interior that consists
only double beds, a bigger balcony than the Deluxe room, along with
fully carpeted flooring. Mini Suites provide three views, a good
view of our lushy gardens, a beautiful sea and swimming pool view
and the bay view, all in a 180 degrees view from the corner of the
building. A sum of 8 such rooms in the Main Building and 4 of the
same kind in the Bay-Wing giving the total of 12 Mini Suite rooms
altogether.

Royal Suites are situated in the Main
building and the Bay-Wing also and providing all sorts of various
facilities just like all the other types of rooms. Two huge bedrooms
with one bedroom having twin beds and another bedroom having a big
king sized bed, two huge marble laid bathrooms, a huge balcony on
the front and one of the sides, along with marble tiled flooring in
the living room and wooden flooring in the bedrooms. Designed for an
entire family. The royal suites provide an exotic sea and swimming
pool view including enough space for a set of table and chairs. A
sum of 4 such rooms in the Main Building and 1 of the same kind in
the Bay-Wing giving the total of 5 Mini Suite rooms altogether.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

1. Cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement before specified date of each season :
* Peak Season : 37 days prior to the arrival date, Subject to 2 Nigh Charged for late Cancellation Fee.
* High Season : 19 days prior to the arrival date, Subject to 1 Nigh Charged for late Cancellation Fee.
* Low Season : 10 days prior to the arrival date, Subject to 1 Nigh Charged for late Cancellation Fee.
2. If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
3. For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
