All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge 50% of total payment. If cancellation/amendment is made within 7 days prior to arrival date, total payment will be charged.
No show: total payment will be charged.
