Children & Extra Person Policy :
- A maximum of child under 12 years of age can stay free when sharing a room with their parents and utilizing existing. If and extra bed is required a 50% discount is available the adult price.

Arrival & Departure Procedure
 Check in time is 14.00 hrs and check out time is 12.00 hrs (noon). The resort will do its best to have room available for early arrival when notified. Late check out or day use is available at an extra charge of 50% of the contracted rate for each room category occupied until 18.00 hrs. A full night contract rate will be apply for use of the room after 18.00 hrs. 

Full prepayment prior to arrival date. Visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.

Cancellation & No Show Charges:
1. Cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement before specified date of each season :
* Peak Season : 28 days prior to the arrival date, Subject to Full period of stay charged for late Cancellation Fee.
* High Season : 18 days prior to the arrival date, Subject to 1 Night charged if Cancellation Fee.
* Low Season : 12 days prior to the arrival date, Subject to 1 Night charged if Cancellation Fee.
2. If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
3. For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
