As aforementioned, our resort has been thoughtfully constructed in typical Thai modern architecture equipped with all kinds of facilities for your comfort. Our hotel is ideally designed for a fantastic panoramic beach view. This unique resort is furnished with 172 room, 16 villas with swimming pool, Jacuzzi, fitness and pool bar. 	The Rates are net in Thai Baht and inclusive of service charge, Tax, ABF.
	Extra bed will be charged 1,200.- Baht per Room per Night, included Breakfast. Joiner will be charged 500 Baht
	Breakfast Set @350++ Baht per person, Lunch Set @400++ Baht per person, Dinner Set @500++ Baht per person.
	Compulsory Gala Dinner: -31 Dec 08 : N/A -25 Dec - 15 Jan Surcharge 1,500 Baht per Room Night will be chragred -The Chinese New Year period, the Public/National Holidays and the period to be announced.
	Check in time 02:00 PM. Check out time 12:00 AM. Late Check out before 06:00 PM., Half price charged. After 06:00 PM., Full price charged.
	Child Policy: - Child between 3 - 10 yrs. of age may no need to order the extra bed, but 50% per person will be charged for Breakfast. - Child over 10 yrs. will be charged an extra bed. - Infant under 3 yrs. of age get Breakfast for free.
	Pet Policy: - No pets allowed.
	Peak Period: - From December 25 until January 15, a surcharge of Baht 1,500.- net per Room per Night will be charged.
	Cancellation and No show Policy : All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email with our acknowledgement within 31 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate. No show: Total payment will be charged.
	Payment Policy : Full prepayment prior to arrival date . Visa/master Card is accepted without any service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
