Remarks:

Children Policy:
- Child under 12 years sharing the same room with two adults.
- First child in existing bed will be charge 500 for room with breakfast.
- Second child compulsory extra bed, full rate will be applied.

Check-In / Check-Out Time
The official check-in time is 2:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 noon.

-Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service fee. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
-We reserved the right to change these prices, product details, all terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.

CANCELLATION / NO SHOW: The tour operator shall notify the hotel in writing of any cancellation prior to the minimum notice period. In the event of cancellation after such dates, late cancellation charges apply as follows.
-HIGH SEASON: A cancellation fee equivalent to 1 night will be charged for each room cancelled less than 19 days prior to arrival date. No show will be charged at minimum 1 night.
-PEAK SEASON: A cancellation fee equivalent to 2 nights will be charged for each room cancelled less than 37 days prior to arrival date. No show will be charged at full stay.
-LOW SEASON: A cancellation fee equivalent to 1 night will be charged for each room cancelled less than 10 days prior to arrival date. No show will be charged at minimum 1 night.
If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
-No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
