Terms & Conditions:

  • The above rates are inclusive of ABF, service charge 10%, and VAT 7%.
  • Extra person 1,000 THB. Per night for Weekday, Weekend & Long weekend but Peak Season 1,200 THB. per night.
  • Children under 6 years old  free of charge and baby cot is not available. Children aged between 6-12 years
    charged 50% per night. Over 12 years are charged as extra person 100% per night.
  • To ensure the comfort security and satisfaction of our guest pets are not allow any where inside the hotel.
  • Surcharge for New Year Gala Dinner on 31 Dec 11 : 1,200 THB/Person (50% for child 6-12 years)
  • Maximum occupancy in Deluxe room is 2 persons/Suite room is 4 persons.

  • Maximum occupancy in Deluxe room is 2 persons / Suite room is 4 persons.
  • Check-in at 14:00 hrs and check-out is 12:00 hrs. (noon)
  • Credit card (Visa/Master) is acceptable, plus 3.5% service charge.
  • Payment: full payment at least 30 days prior to arrival date.
  • Cancellation and No show Policy:
    1. All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 25 days peak , high seasons and 15 days during low seasons prior to the group’s/ FIT’ scheduled arrival. In the event that this written notice is not received within the time limit stated and in the event that there is no show from the group/FIT the deposit will be forfeited automatically or a no show charge will be applied of 1 night.
    2. If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
    3. For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
    No show: total payment will be charged.
