- Maximum 1 child is allowed to share room
with parents with no extra bed.
Check-in
time is 14.00 hrs. And Check-out time is
12.00 hrs.
Room will only be held until 16:00 hrs. On
the day of arrival unless guaranteed.

Cancellation and No show Policy:
All cancellation or amendment must be made
in written notice or email to us with our
acknowledgement within :

- Pre-High & High Season : to be informed at
least 45 days
- Prior to clients arrival, otherwise one
night charge will be collected.

the cancellation due date specified in the
confirmation email, we apply a cancellation
fee of up to 1,000 Baht.

non-refundable in all cases.
