 Terms & Conditions:

  • All rates quoted are in Thai Bath and are inclusive of service charge, taxes and ABF.
  • Surcharge : Long Weekend the Garden Wing is 300 THB./room/night and all room on the beach site is 500 THB./room/night
  • Child Policy : Maximum One Child sharing room with parents without extra bed Free of charge on ROOM ONLY basis. Breakfast charged at Bath. 250 extra / per day. Additional Child (2nd) : Bath. 700.00 per day (includes extra bed + ABF)
  • Family Plan: Child under 10 years of age will be provided on existing bedding (maximum one per room) on a complimentary basic. Cost of ABF is Baht. 250 Per day.
  • Check-in is at 15:00 pm, and check-out is at 12.00 hrs.
  • Special Summer Incentive (1 May 10 & 11 - 30 Nov 10 & 11) & (1 May 11 & 11 - 30 Nov 10 & 12)
    - Stay 7 nights pay 6 nights only.
    - Stay 10 nights pay 8 nights only.
    - Stay 14 nights pay 11 nights only.
    - ABF for FOC night charged at 250 Bht/person/day.

  • Reservation Policy:
    - All bookings requires cash prepayment or credit card (visa/master card only).
  • Reservation policy:
     Full-prepayment within 20 days before arrival. Visa and Master is accepted plus 3.5% bank charge.
  • Cancellation and No Show Policy:
    - Cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 20 days prior to arrival date. No Show will be 100% charged without refund.
