Check in/Check out Policy:
- Rooms will be available for check in at 14.00 hrs. and
check out time is 12.00 hrs. Late departures after 12.00
hrs. will be charge at 50% of room rate or full charge after
18.00 hrs. arrivals before 12.00 hrs. should be reserved
from the day before to guarantee availability on arrival.
Cancellation
and No show Policy: All cancellation or amendment must be made in written
notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 30
days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right
to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
No show:
total payment will be charged.
Full
prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5%
service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash
deposit, no booking is confirmed.
