• 1 (one) half twin complimentary will be applied to every 15 paying guests. Complimentary policy is calculated day-to-day basis and non accumulative.

• Rates are applicable for single or Double Occupancy in Superior, Deluxe, Villa and Villa @ Sea, Rates for Suite and Suites@ Sea are applicable for Single up to Quad Occupancy.

• Complimentary welcome drink, cold towel and deluxe fruit, basket upon arrival

• Superior, Deluxe, Villa @ Sea is allowed to stay 3 (three) persons in maximum

• Suite and Suite@ Sea is allowed to stay 5(five) persons in maximum

• During 20 December 2011-10 January 2012 hotel requests minimum stay of 2 nights.
  Long weekend requests minimum stay of 2 nights.

  - Baby cot is on request and free of charge

• Meal Rate
  - Break fast @ 550 Baht per person
  - Lunch        @ 650 Baht per person
  - Dinner       @ 850 Baht per person
  Meal rate for child over 3 years to 12 years for age is 50% off the above rates

• Check in/Check out Policy
  - Check in time: 14.00 Hrs.
  - Check out time : 12.00 Hrs.

• Full prepayment prior to arrival date. Visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.

• Cancellation and No Show Policy
  Cancellation & No Show Charges:
  1. Cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement before specified date of each season :
  * Peak Season : 30 days prior to the arrival date, Subject to 100% for late Cancellation Fee.
  * High Season : 30 days prior to the arrival date, Subject to charged 3 Nights for late Cancellation Fee.
  * Low Season : 14 days prior to the arrival date, Subject to charged 1 Nights for late Cancellation Fee.
  
  2. If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
  3. For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
  No show: total payment will be charged.
