    - For Jasmine and Garden Pool Villa Type will be set day bed as extra bed (3x6 Feet)
    - Maximum occupancy per room : 3 person occupied per room.
    - Rates are quoted Thai Baht inclusive of Daily Breakfast, service charge & VAT
  • Meal Rates:
    - Set Breakfast : 340 Baht.
    - Set Lunch : 500 Baht.
    - Set Dinner : 1,000 Baht.
  • Christmas & New Year Reservation Policy : Not able to check-out as following
    - Year 2009 : 24th, 30th, 31st Dec
    - Year 2010 : 24th, 30th, 31st Dec
  • Check-in time is at 02:00 p.m.
    Check-out time is at 12:00 p.m. (noon)
    - Room used from 12.00 noon to 6.00 p.m. will be charged at the full rate, unless specifically specified otherwise in writing by the hotel.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    - No charge if any cancellation made in written with our acknowledgement within 35 days prior to arrival date for peak and high seasons, or 25 days for low season. Failure to do so, we reserve right to charge 2 nights room rate.
  • No Show Policy:
    - 50% of total payment will be charged.
    - Except for Peak Season (21 Dec 09 - 10 Jan 10 & 21 Dec 10 - 10 Jan 11)
      Cancellation charge & No Show charge is FULL RATE of entire Reserved stay
  • Payment Policy:
    - payment must be made within 31 days prior to arrival date for high and peak seasons and within 12 days for low season. Visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge.
