- Surcharge of Long Holiday and Peak Season:
- Superior  -  300
- Deluxe   -   400
- Garden view suite  -  600

- All above rates are net rate inclusive of tax and service charge and including:
- 2 ABF per room for superior, deluxe.
- 6 ABF per unit for Garden View, Sea View Suites.
- Room only for peak season and long weekend.
- Additional ABF 250 baht per person, 50% for children 5-12 years old, under 5 years old free of charge.
- Extra bed are 500 baht per bed per night, 300 for children 5-12 years old
- Transfer : Shuttle bus to Hua Hin town @ 40 baht / person / one way 
- Check - in Time 14:00 (02:00 PM), Check - Out Time 12:00 (Midday)

Cancellation Policy: notice at least 35 days prior to arrival date. Failure to this, a minimum one-night room rate will be charged.

No Show Policy: one night room rate will be charged.

Payment Policy: Full at least 20 days prior to arrival date.  Visa/master card is accepted plus 3.0% charge.
