-Mou 1 and Baan None -Mou 2 are just 20 meters away from the
white - 4 kilo meters long beach of HuaHin - Takiab in
HuaHin Bay. Both of the houses provided parking area and
security guard all through the night.
Extra person (5th - 10th)
is charged at 300 Baht/night (Mattress) excluded

Terms & Conditions:
- All
rates are in Thai Baht of room and include 10 % service charge
(excluded VAT 7%)
- Exclude
breakfast.
- Pets are not allowed (ห้ามนำสัตว์เลี้ยงเข้ามาภายในรีสอร์ท). - American Breakfast 120 Baht

1 - 10 peoples Check-in and Check-out Policy:
- Check in time at 14.00 hrs and Check out
time at 12.00 hrs
- Late check out departure after
12.00-18.00 hrs will be charge at 50% of the rate.
- Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is
accepted plus 3.5% service fee. Without credit card guarantee or
cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
- We reserved the right to change these
prices, product details, all terms and conditions at anytime
without prior notice. Cancellation & No Show Policy:
- All cancellation or amendment must be
made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement
within 31 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a
right to charge at least one-night room rate per room up to
total payment.
- No show: total payment will be charged.
- If you wish to cancel your booking before
the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of
total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right
to charge up to 1000 THB)
- For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5%
service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in
all cases.
No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
- Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is
accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee
or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
