Room used from 12:00 noon to 6:00 pm will be charged 50% of room

Room used after 6:00 pm will be charged at the full room rate.
Cancellation and No show Policy : All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or
email with our acknowledgement within 60 days prior to arrival
date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least
one-night room rate. Any cancellation is made within 10 days
prior to arrival date, total payment is charged i.e. no-refund. No show: total payment will be charged.
Full
prepayment : All bookings requires one-night room
rate as non-refund deposit upon the booking date. Full
prepayment will be settled within 60 days prior to arrival date
for peak season and 30 days for other seasons.
Visa/master Card is accepted without 3.5% service charge. Without credit
card guarantee or cash deposit, No booking is confirmed.
