- Children's Policy
Baby cot for child under 2
years is free of charge. Maximum 1 child (under 12 year old) sharing
room with their parents is permitted.
- Arrival and Departure Procedure
Check in time is 15.00 hrs and check out is 12.00 hrs. The resort will do
its best to have room available for early arrival when notified. Late
check out or day use is available at an extra charge of 50%
of the Room Rate Until 18.00 hrs. A full night Room Rate
will apply for use of the room after 18.00 hrs.

Cancellation and No Show Policy:
Cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us with our
acknowledgement before specified date of each season :
- Peak Season : 40 days prior to the arrival date, Subject to 100%
for late Cancellation Fee.
- High Season : 30 days prior to the arrival date, 2 Nights for
late Cancellation Fee.
- Low Season : 20 days prior to the arrival date, 1 Nights for late
Cancellation Fee.
- If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due
date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation
fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
- For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is
non-refundable in all cases.
- No
show: total payment will be charged.
- Full
prepayment prior to arrival date. Visa/master card is accepted
plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash
deposit, no booking is confirmed.
