   Each room was furnished located in the center of the hotel. 60 Building
   rooms with a private bathroom, television set, fridge, air - conditioning and
   also hot and warm shower.

Garden View

Each room surrounded with true nature as Baan Suan Fon has lots of big trees. Enjoy the fresh air and splendid riverside
scenery from a sharing spacious balcony. 23 Garden View rooms. Each has a private bathroom. While outside is surrounded
by lush tropical green gardens. Each traditionally designed air-conditioned villa offers everything you would expect from us.

River View Room

The tropical wooden huts along the Kwai yai River, each room contains view of the River Kwai. Enjoy the country air and
splendid riverside scenery from a private tiny balcony. 7 River View rooms are suit for those who found of tranquil lakeside
atmosphere. Each with a pleasing view of the small garden and the Kwai-Yai River. Each traditionally designed
air-conditioned villa offers everything you would expect from us.

Floating House
Each room is float along the Kwai Yai River and furnished with neccessary amenities suits for anyone who want to get close
with nature. Floating house is located very near the main restaurant. Only 2 minutes walk to the reception. 10 floating house
with a lovely tiny balcony are waiting for you to stay.

Outdoor Activities Baan Suan Fon provides many outdoor activites such as swimming, campfire, bicycling, skateboarding, fishing,canoeing, sauna, rally ,floating bamboo and walk rally. And on special festival, Baan Suan Fon also provides many activities. Such as Song Kran Festival, Loy Krathong Festival, Light and Sound Festival and also New Year Festival.

Cancellation and No show Policy:
All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
