• All rates quoted are in Thai Baht and are inclusive of service charge 10% and tax 7%. Inclusive of ABF.

• Extra Bed (adult) includes Extra Bed + ABF.

• Child Policy
  Free of charge for child less than 12 years old occupying the same room as parents. Breakfast is compulsory under children meal rates.

• Airport transfer
  Private Mini-Van (Toyota Commuter)   Baht 2,500 per car/way (Maximum 9 persons).
  Private Car (Toyota Camry)                Baht 3,500 per car/way (Maximum 3 persons).

• Check in / Check out Policy
  - Check in at 2.00 p.m. and Check out at 12.00 p.m. (noon)
  - Late departures after 12.00 p.m. (noon) up to 6.00 p.m. will be charged at 50% or full charge after 6.00 p.m. Early arrivals before 15.00 p.m.
    Should be reserved from the day before to guarantee availability on arrival.

• Cancellations and No Show Policies
  -  Any cancellation must be made in written notice with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date for peak season and 7 days for other seasons.  Failure to cancel within 30 days for the peak season, we reserve a right to charge at least 2-room night.  Late cancellation for the other season, we charge one-night room rate.
  No Show: 2 night room rate is charged.

• Payment Policy:
  - payment must be prior to arrival date  Visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge.
