: Located in Uthai Thani. Uthai Thani, known in ancient times as "Muang
Chang" or "City of Elephant" was an important crossroads during ancient
wartimes. While the wars brought prosperity and commerce from the
Northern regions into the South, they also left the city in ruins. "Iyara"
an ancient Thai word for elephant, reflects the rich history of the
area, which is recaptured in the architecture and decor of the resort.
A two-hour drive from Bangkok International Airport, Iyara Park's modern
