The owner originally bought this piece of land to build his dreamed vacation home. After experiencing with the charm Amphawa has to offer, he decided to expand the project into the resort to share the same experience with everyone.

Baan Amphawa Resort & Spa offers 33 bedrooms and suites with unique charm of living in Thai house. You can choose from a contemporary style in Superior room to traditional Thai style in Deluxe and Suites to suit your preference. All the units overlook to a lush peaceful tropical garden to make your vacation a memorable experience.

Superior Room : 22 Units

Locating on the first floor of the Thai house, Superior rooms offer a unique contemporary feel while maintain the same level of comfort. Connecting rooms and special handicap friendly room are available. (Maximum 3 persons)

Deluxe Room : 14 Units

All Deluxe rooms are located on the second floor of the Thai house where two units shared the same balcony. The decoration is in traditional Thai style. (Maximum 2 persons)

Junior Suite : 1 Unit

The Junior suite is located on the second floor of the Thai house. There is a separated section for dining and working area while a living area is a continuous space from the bedroom. Bathroom comes with both a shower room and a Jacuzzi. (Maximum 3 persons)

Family Suite : 2 Units

The family suite offers two bedrooms with a shared living room which occupied the entire second floor of the Thai house. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is great for a family with children. (Maximum 4 persons)

Pool Suite : 2 Units

The pool suites are located on the second floor of the Thai house. It offers a large space for both bedroom and living area. Bathroom comes with both bathtub and shower room. These units come with a shared pool with Jacuzzi and Sala Thai for a private relaxation. (Maximum 3 persons)

No accommodation charge for children 6 years and under when sharing a room with parents. For children between 6-12 years old sharing a room with parents with no extra bed, there is additional charge of 400 Baht. Baby cots are provided on a complimentary basis.
Extra bed is subjected to additional charge of 800 Baht net which includes breakfast. For your Information, an extra bed can only be accommodated in superior room, pool suite, prime villa, grand villa, pool villa and grand pool villa.
Cooking show & Dinner
Price: 450 Baht/per person (minimum of two persons)
(This Includes a cooking show of one Thai dish by chef and dinner of three Thai dishes and fresh fruit.)
Meals Rate:
Breakfast 200 Baht/per person
Lunch/Dinner 300 Baht/per person for Thai style set dinner (minmum of two persons)

Check-in / Check-out :
Check in time is 14:00 hours and check out time is 12:00 hours (noon). For a late check out to 18:00 hours, half charge of applicable daily rate applies. For check outs after 18:00 hours, one full night rate applies.
Cancellation and No show Policy :
All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate. No show: total payment will be charged.
Payment Policy :
Full prepayment . Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
