Welcome to X2 Resort

the first X2 resort is at Kui Buri (pronounced goo-wee
boo-ree). Kui
Buri is a 3 hour drive south of Bangkok, and half an hour south of the
famous beachside resort town of Hua Hin.
The general area is underdeveloped and peaceful with the only
communities being local fishing villages. The resort is located on
virgin beachfront land covering over 4 acres (12 Rai). The 23 semi
private villas each have their own terrace, garden and most with private
pools.
The existing landscape of large, well developed trees has been carefully
preserved, and provides a unique atmosphere punctuated by large open
spaces and unique natural horticulture.

Check in time is 14.00 hrs. and check out time is 12.00 hrs Late
check out is subject to room availability. Room use from
12.00-18.00 hrs. on the day of departure will be charged at 50%
of the rates. Room occupy beyond 18.00 hrs. will be charged at
the full rates, unless specified otherwise in writing by the
Resort. |

No-Show And Cancellation Charges
The Resort of cancellation or reduction no later than
20 days in advance in Low Season
40 days in High Season
50 days in Peak Season
If fail to do so, a cancellation charge equivalence to 100% of
booking revenue will be applied.
