Takiab
Beach Resort is a family hotel offering the famed Thai hospitality, 50
meters from the sea and secluded white beach. The hotel run under European
management with 24 hours reception service.
There is a shuttle bus service operating that cost 10 Baht per trip and a
private taxi hotel service.
Takiab Beach Resort has 27
rooms. 21 standard, 5 deluxe, 1 Takiab Suite which has 3 bedrooms. All
rooms are air conditioned with first class decoration and equipment.
Our
resort hotel offers three choices of accommodation. varying in size and
style. All guest rooms are cozily decorated and well
equipped with:

The hotel has a swimming pool open from
8.00 am
until
7.00 PM. A bar and a coffee shop and
restaurant serving international as well as Thai food.
The above rates are
quoted in Thai Baht and inclusive of ABF, service charge and taxes.
Extra bed is 500 Bht +
ABF
Suite can be arranged by
joining a Standard + Deluxe. Please take the rate total of the 2
room types to get the Suite Rate.
**Weekend rates are for
stay over the weekends if stay less than 3 nights. For stay
exceeding 3 nights even if over the weekend, please ignore the
weekend rates completely and use the weekday rates.
Child Policy: maximum
one child sharing room with parents: Free of Charge (room only),
charge ABF 150 Bht per day additional child 2nd: 400 Bht per day
(includes extra bed + ABF).
Period of Occupancy :
Confirmed rooms will be available for occupancy at 3:00 PM. on the day
of arrival. Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Rooms used from 12:00 noon
till 6:00 PM. on the day of departure will be charged at 50%
of the rates.
Early Check-In / Late
Arrival :
There is no refund in the event of early check-out or late arrival.
Cancellation and No
show Policy : All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or
email with our acknowledgement within 45 days prior to arrival date.
Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge total of payment. No show: total
payment will be charged.
Full prepayment :
Full prepayment 30 days before arrival. Visa/master Card is accepted
plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash
deposit, no booking is confirmed.
