Terms & Conditions:

• All the above rates are in Thai Baht, inclusive of Daily Breakfast, 10% Service Charge and Taxes. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

• Child Policy:
  Maximum one child sharing room with parents free of charge on room only basis. Breakfast charged at 250 Bht Extra per day. Additional 2nd child: 700 Bht per day includes an extra bed + ABF.

• Compulsory gala dinner on 31 Dec 09: 2,500 Bht/adult, 1,250 Bht/child under 12 years.
  Check-in time is 15:00 Hrs, check-out time 12:00 Hrs.

• Extra Bed (Adult) Includes Extra Bed+ABF
  High Season : 700 THB.
  Low Season : 600 THB.

• Early Check-In / Late Arrival :
  There is no refund in the event of early check-out or late arrival.

• Cancellation and No show Policy :
  All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge total of payment.

• No show : total payment will be charged.

• Full prepayment :
  Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed
