Terms & Conditions:

• All rates quoted are in Thai Baht and are inclusive of service charge 10% and tax 7%. Inclusive of ABF.

•  Surcharge for Songkran Festival 12 - 16 Apr 10  @500 Baht/room/night.

• Extra Bed (adult) includes Extra Bed + ABF.

• Compulsory gala dinner on 31 Dec 09 rate is 3,950 Bht/person.

• Family Plan:
  Complimentary for child below 12 years sharing room with 2 adults without extra bed (room only).   Meal for child below 12 year will be charged at 50%

• Check in / Check out Policy:
  - Check in at 2.00 p.m. and Check out at 12.00 p.m. (noon)
  - Late departures after 12.00 p.m. (noon) up to 6.00 p.m. will be charged at 50% or full charge after 6.00 p.m.

• Cancellations and No Show Policy:
  - Confirmed bookings cancelled: Low within 1-2 days and  High within 14-21 days of arrival and no show will be subject to a cancellation charge equivalent to a minimum of one night.

• Payment Policy:
  - Full payment must be prior to arrival date  Visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge.
