Chiva-Som are made by selecting your prefered retreat. All
retreats are priced at the same rate so all you need to consider is
which retreat is best for you and your partner.
Guests enjoy Chiva-Som for an
assortment of reasons. Some for relaxation and rejuvenation, others
for more specific goals such as detoxifying, improved fitness,
weight loss or stress relief. Some arrive for a few days and others
stay much longer. Our minimum stay is three nights but we recommend
staying for at least a week to help bring about long lasting
changes.
The Chiva-Som Experience Retreat is
the choice of many guests as it allows maximum flexibility for
treatments. During the initial Health & Wellness consultation we
help you select those treatments that suit your goals the best.

Rules and Regulations
- Children under the age of 16 are
not allowed in the resort.
- Smoking is only allowed in
designated outdoor areas.
- Alcoholic drinks are limited to
wine and champagne, available in the evening only
- Use of mobile phones is strictly
prohibited in public areas
- Photo shoots are only permitted
with the full prior authorization of the management
- Appropriate sport shoes and attire
should be worn in the gym
- Check in time begin at 2:00
pm and check out time is 12:00 noon
