My Home Restaurant is cozy dining - in restaurant fronting the sea featuring Thai and Western food.

are facing to the sea and well furnished with double bed (6 * 6.5 feet), air condition, tea and coffee maker, refrigerator, TV, telephone, hot and cold shower, hair dryer, slippers, toiletry amenities set up.

Family Deluxe Rooms (48 sq.m.)

Minimum stay: During peak season: A minimum stays of 3 nights is required between 25 Dec 07 - 5 Jan 08. - Thai market surcharge 300 Bht/room/night for Every Day - Songkran Festival < April 11 - 14 , 2008> surcharge 500 Bht/room/night.

All Above Rates are inclusive 10% service charge and 7 % vat
During Peak Season 25 Dec 06 - 5 Jan 07: a minimum 3-night staying is required.
- Check in : Check-in time is from 14.00 hours. Room requiring checkin in prior to 14.00 hours will require pre-registration to guarantee check in. Pre-registration of rooms will be chraged at 100% of the daily contract room rate and should be requested at time of reservation.
- Check out is 12.00 hours. Late departures up to 18.00 hours are possible, subject to availability, at 50% of daily room rate. After 18.00 hours the full day rate will be applicable. Day use room requirements should be requested at time of reservation.
Compulsory Dinner:
- X'mas Eve 24 Dec 07 and New Year Eve, 31 Dec 07: 2,800 Bht/person.
- Child 5-11 years discount 50% from adult rates.

Children under 12 years old and sharing room with existing bed will be accommodated at no additional charge unless an extra bed is required. ( Max 2 child in room)
Payment Policy: full prepayment prior to arrival date within 30 days for peak season, 20 days for high season, and 7 days for low season.
Reservation Policy: bookings requires full prepayment. Visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge.
Cancellation / no show
Any cancellation/amendment must be informed to us in written notice with our acknowledgement. Failure to do so, we reserve right to charge at least one night room rate or total payment in case of peak season.
