bullet Transfer:
- One-way transfer from Suvarnabhumi Airport to the hotel upon request is 3,500 Bht/trip.  Maximum of 8 pax.
- One way from Bangkok International Airport to the hotel upon request is 3,500 Bht/trip.  Maximum of 8 pax.
- One way from Bangkok (Center) to the hotel upon request is 3,000 Bht/trip.  Maximum of 8 pax.
bullet Children Policy:
  • For children under 12 years, sharing room with two adults with extra-bed, and extra bed is free of charge.  Meals are not included.
  • For children under 12 years, all their meals are 50% discount.
  • For children under 2 years, a baby-cot is free of charge.
bullet Cancellation: Any cancellation/amendment must be made in written notice with our acknowledgement or email to us within 10 days prior to arrival date.   Failure to do so, we reserve a right to charge 100% of total payment.
bullet No-show Policy:
 100% charge.
bullet Payment Policy: Full prepayment prior to arrival. Visa/master Card is accepted, plus 3.5% service charge.
