  - please amend or cancel the booking within the given period prior to arrival date, 
  - within 35 days prior to arrival date, one-night room rate will be charged. 
  - within 7 days prior to arrival date, full-period of stay will be charged.
  - No show is full period of stay will be charged.
• Payment policy:  Full prepayment by bank transfer or credit card (3.5% bank charge).
