Please rest assured that we will do our utmost to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Upon check – in, our reception will ask you for your credit card as a guarantee during your stay with us. We appreciate your co-operation in the above.

If you do not wish to use your credit card as a guarantee, you can leave a cash deposit as well.

Please see below the table below for the deposit amount based on your length of stay.

-Weekend and Long Weekend Minimum Stay 2 Nights

-Stay Period Deposit Amount
  1 – 3 Nights Baht. 2,000.00
  4 – 7 Nights Baht. 5,000.00
  8 – Upwards Baht. 10,000.00

We have a set of Rules & Regulations for our Private Residential Community.
Please follow these rules and regulations so as not to cause problems for the other owners of the houses and apartments.

If the above rules and regulations are not followed, then we reserve the right to use the deposit as compensation.

Some examples of misuse of the rules :
- More people staying in the houses and apartments than originally booked or allowed.
- Bringing pets into the houses and apartments. We DO NOT ALOW PETS AT Baan Talay Samran.
- Use of fire crackers on the property.
- Use of motorized boats in the swimming pool.
- Smoking, Drinking or Eating around the swimming pool.
- Making loud noises and causing disturbance to other owners.

These are just some examples and our staff will inform you to stop. If the problem persists, then we will have no option but to fine you and use the deposit amount.

We are a Private Community and many of the house and apartment owners do not rent their property out. Please keep this in mind when enjoying your stay with us.
