Maximum One Child sharing room with parents Free of Charge
on ROOM ONLY basis.
Family Plan :
Maximum of 2 adults + 2 children is allowed to stay at the
house and should be part of one group or family.
Checkin-out Policy : 14.00 hrs and 12.00 hrs respectively.
Late departure after 12:00 hrs to 18:00 hrs will be charged
at 50% of the room rate. After 18:00 hrs, we shall charge
the full room rate.
Early Checkin is subject to room availability and prior
request.
Reservation Policy:
- All bookings requires cash prepayment or credit card
(visa/master card only).
Payment Policy: - payment must be made within 20 days prior to arrival date.
Visa/master card is accepted plus3.5% bank charge.

Show Policy: - Cancellation and amendment must be made in written notice or email to us
with our acknowledgement within 15 days prior to arrival date.
No Show will be 100% charged without refund.
